CIRA’s board of directors plays a direct role in developing strategy and policy for the .CA domain. Our work impacts everything from the security of our online interactions to the strength of our digital economy.

Becoming a CIRA Board Director is a unique opportunity to work with Canada’s Internet leaders as they develop strategy and policy for .CA.

Applications for the Nomination Committee slate are now closed. Member nominations will begin on July 29, 2015.

What’s next?

The Nomination Committee will select up to nine candidates who will appear on the final election slate. The final candidates will be announced on July 27, 2015.

Our work impacts everything from the security of our online interactions to the strength of our digital economy. With a simple click of a button, your contribution will help influence the development and direction of the Internet in Canada.

IMPORTANT! As per CIRA's Bylaws and the recently updated Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, this year to be eligible to vote .CA holders must be Members before the end of the day on August 26, 2015 (21 days before the start of the voting period), and remain an active Member at the time they cast their vote.
