THE PROJECT
The Cooperative Council of Ontario (CCO) is a not-for-profit that works to promote, develop, manage and innovate social enterprises and cooperatives. After conducting community consultations, CCO found that companies in the social enterprise market had difficulties recruiting skilled employees. Their project involved developing a platform, JobImpact.ca, that connects social enterprise employers with jobseekers.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
With the launch of the new website, CCO aimed to connect 30 companies with 50 candidates.
