Join the CIRA board of directors 2019 nomination committee

Ottawa, ON – April 2, 2019 – The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) board of directors is seeking individuals to join its nomination committee for the 2019 board of directors election. The nomination committee’s role is to seek and select qualified candidates for the nomination committee slate of CIRA’s board of directors election.

Ottawa, ON – April 2, 2019 – The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) board of directors is seeking individuals to join its nomination committee for the 2019 board of directors election.

The nomination committee’s role is to seek and select qualified candidates for the nomination committee slate of CIRA’s board of directors election. Its focus is to help build a board of directors that represents a wide range of views and interests, ultimately contributing to the strategic direction of .CA and the Canadian internet.

CIRA is looking for Canadians who:

  • Understand the experiences of a diverse range of industry sectors,
  • Have governance experience,
  • Have experience identifying and selecting superior candidates; and
  • Are interested in supporting the development of the internet in Canada

The deadline to submit applications for the nomination committee is 2 p.m. ET, April 16, 2019.
