The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) today announced that it had completed a contribution agreement with the Internet Governance Forum Support Association (IGFSA), providing the necessary resources to address emerging issues in Internet governance.

CIRA Successfully Runs TBR Session with Over 32,000 .CA Domain Names
Ottawa, December 1, 2010 – CIRA is pleased to announce the successful completion of an extremely large To Be Released (TBR) session where over 32,000 .CA domain names were released and available for registration.
This was the first session of TBR held since CIRA’s launch of the new .CA registry system on October 12, 2010, which simplified the process to register and manage .CA domain names.
